I think it should be noted that the references I have made regarding Manitoba marriage licenses were regarding my parents', no one elses. That being said - my parents were married in St. Patrick's Church, Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 1929. The current Winnipeg telephone directory lists only one St. Patrick's Church (RC). My parents were not Catholic and therefore did not marry in this church.
