    3. Something else you might try is the Manitoba Archives at: http://www.gov.mb.ca/chc/archives/genealogy On the left side there is a list of all the records they keep.     3. Yes it does. On my parents' certificate it shows the name of the church but the address for the church is only Winnipeg. There's not much space on the form to show anything else.
