oops mistake...Alexander Ferguson was born in or near Augusta Ontario JANE JONES WE DON'T KNOW were she was born only that it was 1879 sept 21 we do know that she lived in Dominion City and are waiting for a marriage Cert I am hoping that her parents names are on this. The census tell us that in 1899 Alexander was unmarried there GUNN 's in a cemetary in Dominion City. Could Jane be one of Catherines children 1879 or grandchild? Jane would have been born in and around the Red River Sett. Because Catherine claimed for scrip in 1875 (her husband was gone at this point?) So Jane could be the daughter of Edward Jones he would have been 55 when jane was born. daughter of John Jones 1843 he would have been 36 years old I want to get that cert now and see if her fathers name is not John Jones?????
