Perhaps you will see this in the Wpg Mailing list. I don't know any Fawcett's but know the Wawanesa area well. I noticed something in your post that doesn't ring true. You quote that your G Grandfather holmsteaded on 35-1-17 in the Wawanesa area. But 35-1-17 places that land only six miles north on the U.S. border south of Killarney near the Old Wakaopa area. not near Wawanesa. Could you made an error in writing. Hugh
