    3. I am trying to find out what church would have been in or around Ethelbert in 1903. My husband's grandparents were married in Ethelbert then and I would presume it would have been in a Ukrainian Catholic Church. If anyone on this list has any idea if there was such a church and if so how I would go about contacting someone who might know where/if records were kept. Thanks for any help any one can give. 1. [MBWINNIPEG-L] GALLAGHER, PATRICK & Catherine
    2. Joanne Calhoun
    3. Hello Listers: I just joined your list and could use some help. I am researching Patrick GALLAGHER who was a butcher and owned a successful wholesale meat distributorship in Winnipeg in the 1880's until his death in 1901. His sons James Quinn, Cornelius and Patrick GALLAGHER, Jr. took over the business and it eventually merged with Holman and LaFrance Co. I am not sure when this business dissolved, perhaps late 1920's. I am looking for descendants of Patrick GALLAGHER, Sr. and family legend has it that he had quite a large family. I am told that there is a street in Winnipeg named after him - Gallagher Street - so he must have been a respected citizen.. Could someone point me in the right direction where I might find remaining family members perhaps still living in Winnipeg? Any information or help you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks Joanne Massachusetts, USA

He married Josephine Piette. About 1910 they moved to Carmen. "Zeb" died there about 1960. They had neighbors by the name of Cooper. His parents were Eusebe Foubert and Josephine Raymond. We are unable to find Josephine Raymond's ancesters. Supposedy Eusebe Foubert, Sr. went to Montreal to marry her at the Cathedrale de Montreal, on Nov. 11, 1880. Have information that her parents might have been Gabriel Raymond and Zoe Trudeau. Have been unable to "prove" this information. Is there any way you can verify this info? Maybe a marriage certificate for Gabriel Raymond and Zoe Trudeau and/or for Eusebe Foubert and Josephine Raymond? Is it possible to obtain an obituary on Zeb Foubert and Josephine Piette Foubert at Carmen? Thank you very much for any suggestions and help you can give me in my quest. Regards, Robert J.
