I would like information concerning Henri Marchand (father Louis-Henri, mother Héloïse Vézina) birth 1887 in Batiscan (Québec). The informations I have obtained from the family are that his person arrived in Winnipeg around 1915-1920, would have married "Blanche de Blé". I was also inform that he would have opened the first Eaton store in Winnipeg. It is also possible that he was the founder of the small Municipality of "Marchand" near Winnipeg.
