    3. With regards to the above query, no, the gentleman in question was not a casualty of WWII. He died at the age of 88 in 1944. To my knowledge he never served in any war. I have tried Veterans Affairs and they are not familiar with it. Thanks for the Royal Canadian Legion suggestion.
