He was from Valoreille France. He would have been born in the early 1800's. He immigrated to North America (Canada I think)and married Marie Campagna on 15 June 1979 Notre Dames des Bois, Frontenac, Quebec. Marie's parents were Moise Campagna and Sophie Philibert. Arsene and Marie had five Children: Philomene (my grandmother, Henry, Regina, Parsid, Louis Philomene's marriage to my grandfather registered her maiden name as Grillot.
