Thanks John, Interesting site. I checked it out. Red River Cart is a polka. I learned it from a record of Joe Pancerzewski . A fiddler who lived in Washington state until his death a few years ago. He may have been originally from Canada. He was known as The Fiddler Engineer, as he was a railroad eng.
