They were a large family, one daughter had a child in about 1954, that she kept and raised. There was another daughter that gave birth to a daughter born April 10 1956 at the old grace hospital in winnipeg manitoba. This child was apparently given up for adoption. The family was very supportive of her decision so it os not like anybody did not know of that childs existance. Although the mother of this child prefers not to have any contact with the said child,someone, somewhere must have some information about this family. This childs parents are both deceased now. the mother died in 1980 at 72 years old and the father on 1971 at 65 years old. There were atleast three other brothers and a sister in this family, one brother traveled the circus route for a time. The paternal grandfather ofthis family was born in Ireland , worked as a blacksmith, and drove a taxie in the portage area.The grandmother was born in Canada but of Irish racial origin.
