One problem is that I do not know where the Prime Meridian (EPM) is to go about locating where this property is. Do you have any helpful suggestions? Sandy: The prime or principle or W1 is located at 97 degrees 30' west which I believe near Winnipeg. I can not remember if it is just east or west of Winnipeg. W2 and W3 are located in Saskatchawan.
