    3. Hi Maer - I have the Mb website in my Favorite's list - the address is very long and awkward to use - I just type in Vital Statistics Province of Manitoba and it comes up fine. There are quite a few ways you can manipulate what is there. Births for 1904 will come on line later this year. When I find the ones I am certain are mine I run off the form from their website and fill it in. I have always been able to be truthful in indicating they are deceased and I know no living relatives to get info from - and I have never been questioned. Make sure to put the registration number quoted on the form - there is no place specific for it - it starts out with the full year first, i.e. 1895, then a comma and the rest of the number. This way you get a photocopy of the registration for $12.00 - mine have always been very clear and marriages indicate names of parents of both people, birthplaces etc. It is a good information piece and has usually taken about two weeks to get back to me. There is one form which costs $25.00 but I have always felt I did not need that one. Good luck.
