Hi: I found, on the Manitoba vital stats, George Andrew Downey born 19 Apr. 1900 reg. # 1900,22119557 and Margaret May born 14 June 1903, reg.# 25526222. No other Downeys of that family are available. I am told that you can get copies for $12.00 per copy provided you go on their site and do the research and provide the info required.
