It is pretty much as I suspected, the Manitoba Government wants its pound of flesh for information that is in the public domain and should be freely accessible. Regardless, the rate of 12$ is outlandish. It would be nice if every province could match British Columbia. Not only do they have a excellent on-line index but their 30 year limit on deaths is unmatched and they are accesible (FREE) to anyone who chooses to look them up. Anyway, Thank you for taking the time to explain the Manitoba policy.
