    3. Hi April - I will add one more horror story to Saskatchewan. The librarian of their supposed capitol city of Regina, the major library of the area, recommended the disbanding of much of their genealogical collection in the Prairie History Room due to financial constraints. Some of this material is irreplacable but I have never heard what they planned to do with it beyond the very generic term 'disbanding'. There is a move under way by Friends of the Library (Regina Public Library) Box 29053 Regina, Saskatchewan S4T 7X3 to petition to stop this action. I hope they make it.
