My research for the EVANS family in Manitoba has lead me to 'Turtle Mountain'. Is there someone on the list that will share some information about this area. I believe it is located not too far from North Dakota and Snowflake? The names that I am researching are EVANS, MAY & WHITE. Mabel May Evans Tennant, I believe was born in Turtle Mountain in 1888. Need to locate more information. Her parents? Her siblings? Other family? Are there any volunteers who would look up a birth record for me? Perhaps an 1891 census?
