Ross: I had the same problem. Went to ArchiviaNet and look under Post Offices. http://www.archives.ca/exec/naweb.dll?fs&0201&e&top&0 If my town wasn't listed, used the name of a nearby town. That gave me the electoral districts for the towns and areas in question. I've been to MB GenWeb but didn't find a map with electoral boundries in 1901. However, if you are near a major Can. library, they will have the microfilm and an index to it. Failing that, your closest LDS Family History Center can help you get the right films.
