Hi - I am the daughter of Robert and Peggy HARPER. My Dad was district governor of 5M4 in the early 60's and my mother worked (especially with women from Winnepeg) to get women into LIONS Clubs. RANDALL - an early fire chief in Duluth, MN Burt RANDALL - founded Randall Milling in St. Paul, MN Caroline RANDALL m Robert Harper in Duluth and they had these children: Robert Orwell (Orrie) - my grandfather William Ewart (Dutch) Anna Harper HERBERLINE/HERBERLEIN Georgenie Harper DODGE - the first public health nurse in Duluth I have an autograph quilt from about 1908 with Orrie, Dutch, Anna Herberline, and Georgenie among the names, and Gladys Pierson.
