    1. [CAN-Manitoba] TOWN HISTORIES - MELITA & OAKVILLE
    2. Daniel G Dobson
    3. Hello From British Columbia, I would like to know if there are town histories for Melita and Oakville. My great grandmother Mary (Milson) Speck is buried (1927) at Melita. I believe she came to stay with a daughter after her husband died. The daughter is Mary Hannah (Speck) Seabrook wife of John Seabrook. Mary Hannah Speck is my grandmother's (Lydia Lovina) sister. >From what my father told me there are relatives still living in Manitoba. Other family names are Mr. & Mrs. Charles William Smith, Mr. & Mrs. Fred Bailey, Mr. & Mrs. Percy Hay, Mr. & Mrs. Steven Kirton, etc. If anyone recognizes these families please drop me a line. Thank you.
