This is located on the m/film reel# T-6435, and is available from the National Archives of Canada through interlibrary loan. I have had it here in Yellowknife at least twice, and expect that I'll get it in agian sometime within the next six-to-twelve months; however, you can request it yourself. It will probably take from four to ten weeks to arrive after you request it.
