They have records of baptisms, marriages & deaths dating back to about 1820. They were the only church (which in earlier times was a minister travelling the western provinces to complete the baptisms etc) in Manitoba for a very long time other than the Catholic Church. They do charge for the certificates but I am not sure of the amount. Unfortunately I can't remember when the vital stats started but I think about 1885. Hope this helps.
