    3. Greetings, Lois: It is very easy. Just go to the Library and ask for the Inter-Library Loans Co-ordinator. Then give the co-ordinator all the details you have about what it is you wish to order in. They'll bring in any books or m/f's that are available. Books and microfiches usually arrive within a week or ten days, films may take several weeks depending on how long the queue is for those which you are ordering. (The Library must have a m/f reading machine.) Archives of Ontario sets a limit of three films per person at one time, and only issues them for two-weeks per order, with a possible two-week renewal. National Archives of Canada is more flexible as to quantity, and sends them for six weeks. The downside of NAC's flexibility, is that the wait in queue is often longer. Census m/f's are ordered through NAC (but the co-ordinator probably knows that). Kind Regards, Patricia Sherman lois remillard wrote: > > Hello I am really green at this..How does one order anything from a > district..especially birth records etc or anything from a library??
