Philomene ST-GERMAIN (maiden name not sure) b. 25 Dec 1873 Manitoba married about 1887 or 1888 either in Manitoba or possibly in North Dakota. Their children Rose, Pauline, Richard, Georgina and William were all born in the USA according to the Boissevain-Brandon District 1901 census. I looked up the Metis Scrip records but no mention of them so I would need some help from all of you genealogy angels.
