Hello Fred, I see that the MGS has not transcribed the cemetery in Neepawa yet. The Riverside Cemetery in Neepawa has a beautiful web page at http://www.town.neepawa.mb.ca/cemetery2.html and at the bottom of the page it has Contact: Jack Follows, cemetery office, (204)476-7648. I would think he has the cemetery records and could give you information on Lottie. If he only gives you the date she was buried then it's just a matter of looking back a week in the Neepawa newspaper for her obit. If you get the exact grave location there may be volunteers willing to go to the cemetery and take a picture of the gravestone with hopefully the exact date of death on it.
