Don, I can see why you haven't been able to find this family in the 1901 or 1906 census, at least not the easy way. Not all of Emerson has been transcribed yet (hint, hint), so one would have to read each individual page to find them I suspect. As well, like you, I couldn't find more on this ADAMS family in Ourroots/Nos Racines, the Western Dominion Land Grants or Ontario Marriages. I would suspect that Walter Adams remarried since Anna died within a couple of weeks of Harold's birth. I expect you found this Adams marriage in Emerson.
