Hi! My name is Nils Weisensee and I am a German exchange student at Hamline University, Minnesota, St.Paul. Thanks to a hint I got from this list, I am now researching the history of German immigrants in the cities of Steinbach and New Ulm. I would like to talk to some people who know a lot about Steinbach, its history and its culture. I am also very interested in how Steinbach is aware of its Russian, German and Mennonite roots and if there are still cultural links, relationships or other contacts to Russia and/or Germany.
