Greetings from New Zealand, I am trying to track down an Alice Violet (or Violet) with one of the above surnames who was born in 1896 in London, England and who is believed to gone to Canada (place unknown) some time in the earlier part of last century. She is my g-grandmother's (Ellen BRUNDLE) first child and did not come to New Zealand with the rest of the family in 1906. There are connections with Bromeswell, Suffolk, England where she was living as Violet PORLEY in 1901 with her grand-parents, John Fuller and Mary BRUNDLE. Her son came to NZ during WW2 with Canadian Armed Forces and visited NZ relatives but they have passed on or cannot shed any more light. Hoping someone can help. Thanks Theresa [email protected]
