Hi Coralynn, If , when you have the census image on the screen, you right click on it, then click on Frame Size, - Custom Size and on the right side of that box fill in Width - 2048 and Height 1200 then Okay. Then Right click on image again and in that menu click on Scale and then 1:2. That gives you a full screen with the ability to use the scroll bars instead of dragging around which means the image is downloaded to your computer. If you use the hand to drag it around it has to send you the image each move. You can also use the hand to drag it if you find that you are missing a bit on the side. It depends on the size of your monitor. You should be able to read everything fine then. If you are looking at a dark image, right click again and save it to your hard drive. You can then open it in a photo program and lighten it up so you can read it. If you don't have a photo program www.irfanview.com has a free download for a program to manipulate photos.
