Hello Susann, The city of Winnipeg has three searchable cemeteries online now, Transcona, St. Vital and Brookside. Their web site is http://www.city.winnipeg.mb.ca/ppd/cemetery_search.stm. I found 3 men named John RITCHIE buried there. One died on 10 September 1927, one on 15 July 1940 and one, John Tugh, on 18 October 1951. Two are military graves.
