Hello Listers, I have the following book "Hugging the Meridian" Macdonald: A Manitoba Municipal History 1881-1981 by Betty Dyck. ISBN 0-88925-237-8. It has a 22 page index in the back and I would be happy to do lookups in it until I have to return it to the Winnipeg Library. This book would cover the areas of Starbuck, Ferndale, Sanford, Brunkild, Mollard, Oak Bluff, La Salle, Domain and Osborne.
