    3. Hi Susan, The Census District in 1901 was Marquette. Have you tried the Toronto Public Library, North York Central Branch? They have all the Canadian census returns there. Queen's University Library(Government Documents Department), Kingston has all returns as well. The Hamilton Public Library only has Ontario returns, but might be worth a query to ask for an inter-institutional loan. The numbers you are looking for are T6434 & TO-6438. You can also send an inquiry to the National Archives for your information. Form is at http://www.archives.ca/exec/naweb.dll?fs&02020904&e&top&0. Have never used this, so if you choose this route, you will have to let me know. Apparently there is no charge for this. Sorry I couldn't have been more help!
