Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anybody had any information regarding the Petrini family that lived in St. Pierre Jolys in 1905. I just found out that my great great uncle William James Sangster was raised by that family and married Yvonne Delagrave. I'm assuming that the marriage did not work out since William left to go to Quebec in 1907 while his wife stayed with her father. If anyone could help me, I would really appreiciate it! Lise

It states that his funeral was held under the auspices of the D.S.C.R. - does anyone know what that means? Also, In a newspaper article relating to the death of my grand-father's sister in Winnipeg in 1924, it talks about the G.W.V.A. and the G.A.U.V. - again, I don't know what these stand for - any ideas? Hi Is there a city directory for Winnipeg in 1927? A relative (Joseph RANDALL) died in 1927, obituary lists a brother Burt RANDALL living in Winnipeg at that time. No other record of such a brother. However brother Austin C RANDALL is not mentioned in the obit, yet was alive at the time. Was he in Winnipeg? Was Burt? Any help? Ideas? Nicki
