    3. Hi Bette, I couldn't find it either! Could it be that Golden Stream was one of the small towns that just died? There was one town in the Interlake auctioned off this summer. Possibly, too, it could have amalgamated with another. It must have been really close to Gladstone for the writer to have seen the headlight, even at night. On the (new) map I have, Westbourne is the only town that is even on the rail line now, and it is about 20 miles SE. Plumas is NW but it is not a straight track line. You have piqued my curiosity! If you find out, please let me know! Vicki. 3. Hi Gail, Thanks so much for your help! Sorry I'm just getting a chance to reply now. Last year I contacted the archivist at the Anglican Diocese in Winnipeg & she gave me a bit of info on my Eastman family. But she didn't find a death record for our Frances (Eastman) Wortman. Since then I have more info to help her with the search, so she should be able to find the burial record in the church archives. I'll get in touch with her again. Would you know if there's an email address for the Diocese archives? Would St John's Cemetery have a plot map? Any idea who I might contact about that? Thanks again for your response!
