Hi Ruth - I have a 1997 phonebook for that area and there is an O.T. CASSIDY living at 512 W.Banks St., Parksville, BC 250-248-5510 I would think this would be him. He is listed in the Nanaimo Obituaries as born 1910 and died June 12, 2000 in Nanaimo, probably in the hospital. Maybe someone can get you a copy of the obit. - Karen
