Hi Shelly. I may be able to take a look through the City Directories for that time frame in the next couple of days, I need to go out to the Passport office in Surrey, hopefully will not spend another 3 1/2 hrs waiting again. As far as the 2250 Pine Street Address - I don't drive - but occasionally - my brother takes me to a movie in that area - across town from where I live. we could have a look at that time unless someone else offers. That whole area - had been undergoing great changes - with many new townhomes and condo's being built. There are still some of the older homes - and older apartment buildings standing. If I can borrow my son's camera - and the building is still standing - I could take a photo - no promises.
