Have been watching your interesting notes on registering births. Had one recently where person was born 1879 and not registered til 1934. My theory is that he applied for pension and that is why he had to be registered. An Affidavit was required to prove the birth from another family member. There are many out there who were never registered due to location of residence (small community and child born at home) etc; Ellen -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
