I have tried 'everything' including looking at every young female who died within about a 10-year age span thinking the name was simply mis-spelled, or something! But no luck! Her name was Agnes Bridget Cook, born July 9, 1897 and died in 1916 (May 30 or November 30?). She shows on one census record as Bridget Cook. Her bible shows her name as Agnes B. Cook. Did you try doing a search for Agnes as a "partial match" for the given name and leaving the last name blank? You can put in a month and year, too. There were 4 Agnes ladies who d. in Nov 1916. Three had middle names, so did not come up when just putting in Agnes just as an exact match for the given name.
