Hello everyone, I just wanted to pass on the word that there is a new Rootsweb Vancouver Island message board that was just started on July 14th where you can post your queries on your Vancouver Island lines that you are researching as well as obituaries, biography, wills, etc. Previously there was no Vancouver Island message board with Rootsweb so you had to enter your queries on the general B.C. board. Now, with this new board your queries (and obits, etc) will be separate from the general board, which will make it much easier to locate your Vancouver Island relatives that you are researching.
