Hi, Just thought some people might be interested in the updated Social Security Death Index for the USA. It's posted at Rootsweb http://www.rootsweb.com and now includes all the records up to September 2001. In addition, they've added the middle initial to a lot of them. They also have a code to tell you if the information has been verified or proven. The other place you may want to check on is Rootsweb's World Connect search.
