Hello Everyone, I am new to this list. I live in Lincolnshire, England and I am researching the family of WALKLEY. I know I have connection with family in Cranbrook, B.C. and also Saskatchewan, B.C. I cannot seem to get any information on my Canadian side of the family. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I am also willing to do lookups in England for births, deaths and marriages. Hi Linda - Check out our BC Archives at http://www.bcarchives.gov.bc.ca/textual/governmt/vstats/v_events.htm there are 14 Walkley deaths,and 5 marriages, some in Cranbrook and others nearby. If any of them sound familiar, I am sure that someone can get you copies of the certificates. There are also quite a few Walkley's in www.familysearch.org in Cranbrook, plus other parts of Canada, maybe you are already familiar with this. Also there are still six living in Cranbrook, BC at present.
