Hallo Listers! I belive that ny relative Walter Henry Bergstrom was born in the Vancover area 9th January 1916. Is there a possibility to confirm that with a copy of his birth certificate even if the records for that year are not yet generally open for the public? The family returned to Sweden later the same year and Walter has been dead for 7 years. Am I a close enough realtive (he was my father's cousin) to be entitled to get a copy?
