Hi, In this set is one of a friend or cousin of my grandmother Catherine Purcell, taken at a photography studio, probably in England, Percy Horton in his WW1 uniform except for a German PICKELHAUBE spike helmet, which I guess he'd have gotten while in France, Granddad in a 3 piece suit, as he tended to always wear except when working, and one of the many boarding houses where the Bundys lived while in Vancouver, probably on Davie Street. The changes that have happened to West End areas like Davie Street are incredible! As a child, I can remember many of the old boarding houses still there, in the 1950's. Jim
