Hi, I have a death registration from 1985 that shows the deceased lived at Cortenay, and died at St. Joseph's hospital in Comox. He was cremated and the place of disposition is "Island Crematorium, Cedar, B.C." I haven't been able to find Island Crematorium, Cedar, B.C. so I'm wondering if this is the proper name, and if so, where would it be? I'm also looking for suggestions as to which newspaper or library I should contact about an obituary? Thanks, Kathy

This beautiful Cemetery on Vancouver Island is in a rural area between Ladysmith and Nanaimo called Cedar. Hopefully someone else can help with your Obit search.
