Hi; I am new to this list and searching for any information on my wife's grandfather John Glasgow Robertson. He homesteaded in Saskatchewan in 1894, was treated for typhoid at a hospital in Medicine Hat, Alberta after 1894. We understand that he was employed by a smelter in Trail B C later in the 1890's. We do know that in 1899 he was in Okanogan Washington U S A. Can SKS advise if it is possible to Grandfather's employment in Trail and how one would go about this.
