Hi I am looking for some relatives who apparently went to B. C. about 1922 from New Zealand. My g Aunt Eugenie Kidd nee Leech born 1876 Reefton New Zealand divorced in 1922. The story goes that she remarried a CASH or COSH and went to Canada. (Can't find any match searching BC archives) Her sister Leonora was visiting White Rock in 1959 and died there Vital Event Death Registration Name: Leonora C Johnston Event Date: 1959 8 21 (Yr/Mo/Day) Age: 81 Gender: female Event Place: White Rock Reg. Number: 1959-09-010193 B.C. Archives Microfilm Number: B13243 GSU Microfilm Number: 2033300 This is defintely her as i have her New Zealand will and it states when and where she died for probate. Are there any newspapers on line or film for White Rock at that time? Her two grandsons Robin and Eric Brown born 1941 and 1942 went to Canada i guess in the 1960's and i would love to get a hold of them.. Having such a common name and Canada being such a big place its like a needle in a haystack, but here is what i know of them. Robin Brown married Eiji Kitagawa and has four children: Teiji, Zai, Sew, Kerjom Eric Brown married Ruth Funk and had a dauhgter named Jamie.
