Hello, Listers! I have just been given a couple of answers to my request on Freedom of Info. Request Forms. What I wanted was this: If we were going to be your advocate and help you get the proper amount of monies, etc., say, from W.C.B., we would need a Federal Freedom of Info. Request Form to do the work for you. Does this make sense to any of you? What you have to do is give us permission by filling out the Form and we would make copies of that and send them into whomever we write. Hope this helps! :) Thank you. Shannah

Hi Shannah The W.C.B. is a Provincial Body and as such should be governed by the Provincial Act, applying to the Federal Office does not make any sense. There is no requirement to use a specific form , either Federally or Provincially - BUT the request must be made in written form.
