    3. Hi Shannah. In Canada the act is called the Access to Information Act rather than Freedom of Information. The forms you seek are are the government Infosource pages locate at twiss_griggs@uniserve.com If you scroll down near the bottom and click on "Forms for ATIP Coordinators" the resulting page will have the forms you seek. Provincially, in British Columbia you can access the main Governement of British Columbia website at http://www.gov.bc.ca/ Click "Search" and on the resulting page search for "Access to Information" This results in more links than you could desire. It would appear that provincially there are a number of different ATI forms depending on what department you are dealing with. I will leave it up to you to search out what you want. On a different subject, I see a great many postings from you and find many of them interesting. Many of them, however, I pass over because of the subject line. All postings of yours that I have seen have the same subject, i.e. TWISS family. I wish, however, that you would use subject lines that have some relevance to the topic of the message. I would be more inclined to have a look at them. Have a great day and Happy Hunting. Gordon A.
