I have in my records, 1. Jonas Glans, b. 19 July 1860 in Sweden. 2. another Jonas Glans, b. 1875 Delbro, Galveborg lan, Sweden.(from DISBYT..Swedish genealogy) 3. Erik Johan, b. 1878 who came with his family in 1880, to NYC,NY...mom KArin, dad Erik Per Soderlund Glans. Soldiers in each military unit took a name which reflected where they were stationed.
