I don't know if everyone knows about this site, I just found it today. While I didn't find the name I was looking for I thought I would share it with everyone in case you are looking for someone. Nanaimo Family History Centre is indexing immigration lists 1900-1921 for people who arrived in Halifax and Quebec.
