Hi Judy, My experience - some time ago - at ordering the information available digitally - is that you receive the registration page rather than the certificate. In B. C. at least there is a definite difference between the registration and certificate. I also have a certificate. The registration which is what is available on line provides the names of parents, places of birth, witnesses and all the good stuff we look for. The certificate is virtually useless to our purposes. There are a couple of ways though to get it without paying the price asked for the digital copies. One is to contact Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness or RAOGK and get if for the price of copying and postage or order from www.bccopies.ca All instructions for that very simple and reliable process are on line at that site. As others have said, I have no connection to the site or person running it and the service other than as a very very satisfied customer. Hope this helps. Eleanor, B.
